Home Watch

We can keep an eye on your property when you can’t be there. We will work with you to customize a schedule and provide a tailored visit report (with photos) so you can rest easy and know everything is OK inside and out! For more information see What Is Home Watch Service?

Concierge

If you have special requests for us we’d like to hear about them! We’re happy to help with items that can make your life easier, or have your home ready when you arrive. Tell us what you need and we’ll make it happen!

Scheduled Maintenance

Homeownership can be stressful. It doesn’t have to be that way! We can work with you to walk through and identify items that require some TLC. We’ll change your HVAC and water filters at recommended intervals, ensure the water softener is always full, clean your fridge coils, and ensure everything is maintained so it lasts! When you have issues that need attention we can coordinate and advocate for you so you can relax.

We’ll prepare a quote for your review and help you get your house sold!

  • We do not service mobile homes, travel trailers, or commercial properties
